At Riddhi Corporation, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for purchases made online at www.riddhicorporation.shop or from our physical store.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery or purchase

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The product is returned with original packaging, invoice, and tags

  • The item is not damaged by the customer

Riddhi Corporation reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Custom-made or special order items

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos as proof

  • After verification, we will offer replacement or refund

Replacement Policy
We may offer replacement instead of refund where applicable. Replacement is subject to product availability. If the product is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed:

  • To the original payment method for online payments

  • Via bank transfer (if required)

  • Cash refunds are not available for online orders

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on bank/payment provider.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • In case of free shipping orders, actual shipping cost may be deducted from refund

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

  • Refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

In-Store Purchases
Products purchased from our physical store are eligible only for exchange unless defective. Refunds for in-store purchases are at the discretion of Riddhi Corporation.

Non-Acceptance of Return
Riddhi Corporation reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  • Product shows signs of use

  • Packaging is damaged or missing

  • Return request is made after allowed period

  • Product is not in resalable condition

Fraud Prevention
Riddhi Corporation reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns for suspected fraudulent transactions or abuse of the return policy.
